Shipping

Royal Mail is used for all Hoolie delivery services. We use the following methods: 2nd Class Standard, 1st Class Recorded and Special Delivery.

2nd Class Standard is offered free to all customers and insures goods up to £34.00. Delivery time is not guaranteed and can be up to 5 days as per Royal Mails guidelines.

1st Class Recorded also has an insurance value of £34.00. Delivery time is again, not guaranteed but Royal Mail states it should be within 1 to 3 days. There is a small additional fee for this delivery method. The fee is based on the weight of the item ordered.

Special delivery is recommended to all customers ordering goods valued at over £34.00 or who require their items within 24 hours from dispatch. There is an additional fee for this premier delivery method. The fee is based on the weight of the item ordered.

Hoolie does not make any profit on the postage of it's goods and where possible keeps this to the absolute minimum.

We will endeavour to ship out ‘in stock’ goods no more than 24 hours from when the order is received. Sometimes orders placed later in the day will not be shipped until the next working day. Both Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and Special Delivery are tracked services. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that problems occur with the delivery of your order, please e-mail us or call us on 0845 652 1304 - we will always try to help.

If you are not in during the time of Royal Mail delivery please ensure that you pick up your item within the allowed time frame set by Royal Mail. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to Hoolie. If this occurs there will be a delivery charge incurred by the customer for the goods to be re-sent.

Returns and Refunds

Our products should meet or exceed your expectations.

However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you find it to be the incorrect size we offer a 5 day "no quibble" guarantee.

Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 5 days of the date you received the item with original packaging and clothing tags and the item in unused / un-worn condition.

If we find the product to be in unused / un-worn condition with all packaging we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding carriage costs for initial delivery and any credit card processing costs which are typically 3.5%).
